The notification appears every afternoon, and every afternoon you dismiss it. That does not necessarily mean the idea is wrong. The cue may arrive at a time when acting on it is impossible.
Move the reminder closer to a real opportunity. Put suitable shoes where you prepare to leave, connect a walk to a break that actually exists or write the plan beside the calendar entry it belongs to.
Use as few reminders as you need. Several alerts can make an ordinary activity feel like another system asking for attention. A clear physical arrangement or one well-timed note may work better.
If the new cue still fails, inspect the plan itself. Perhaps the activity needs more time, support or a different setting. A reminder can help you remember a workable decision; it cannot make an impractical decision fit into the day by repeating it more insistently.
